在匿名用户检索的时候，对词典加上权限

让匿名用户只能访问naist-jdic

- 在辞典的末尾段加上*，表示不允许匿名用户检索。
- 在session里保存允许检索的辞典编号
- 把各个属性与辞典编号关联。

- index页面的辞典选项
- Index页面的属性表
- 列表页面的辞典颜色显示
- 列表页面的字段选择
- detail页面的字段显示

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
all modified. Now user can put any dictionary with authority level.
